Don't know how many of you have seen this comic, but I thought it was rather touching.

Not that many of you understand what this means...

But this is the new GTR doing one lap on the Nürburgring Nordschleife in 7:38.54.

That's so awesome, I'm putting it where people will actually see it.

GEE-TEE-ARR

Apparently, I must elaborate. As some of you know, I think the Nissan Skyline GT-R is a fantastic, sexy machine, and whoever decided that it shouldn't come to america should be raped by, and then fed live to dogs(not really). The final version of the new model, now just called the Nissan GT-R, was just unveiled at the 40th Tokyo Motor Show several days ago. Hence the excited David. We'll be getting ours in America in June of next year, but I'll be able to afford one around 2024.

Some dumb thing

Your Score: All Your Base

You scored 51 Awesomeness and 48 Style!

You are the mothership of all memes. You have all the advantages of a really great meme, you have a catchy song, and you appeal to a large number of people who can distribue you easily. Unfortunately, however, you tend to be the mainstay of people who arent funny trying to be funny, and as many times as you've been played, you should probably be taken out into a lonely field, and shot. Repeatedly. By nukes.
Not surprisingly, you can be found at: http://www.allyourbasearebelongtous.com/

I seem to be moderate (with strong liberal tendancies)

Your Score: Moderate

You scored 78 Equality, 57 Liberty, and 64 Stability!

Your feel that all three principles are important. You take some interest in politics and definitely have opinions. However those opinions may be formed on a case-by-case basis because you lack an overriding commitment to any of the principles. You may sometimes get confused by complex political issues because you can be persuaded by different arguments. Moderates like yourself are important in mediating between others in a parliamentary democracy. If you get involved in politics then you may well be working alongside the pragmatists among Conservatives or Liberals or Socialists depending on your inclinations and circumstances.

I was sort of in between a couple of choices on some questions, like how much government to have, hence my inclusion in the title.

Frustrating crap Super Mario level

You get the idea from just the first few minutes (yes, the guy has infinite lives). The guy playing gets quite vulgar, but it's sort of understandable.

Saturday at the Con

Didn't do much. Sat through a panel with Laurel K. Hamilton, who would not sit down. Kind of amusing, but I was really in the room for the next program, a Family guy panel. Seth (complete with drink) and the writers. we got to see all of the clips from the Star Wars episode that were posted on You Tube, instead of just the part we saw yesterday, and this season, Bonnie will finally have the baby, or so we were told. There's also apparently a new Brian and Stewie traveling episode, but I'll say no more.

Saw Elvira and Rosario Dawson in the huge signing room, but no chance to get in line at that point.

San Diego, not for work

Well, I'm off to San Diego tomorrow, for to go to the Comic-Con. More once I get there.

Alright, so I just got back from friday at Comic Con. Finally decided to share stuff. So I wandered around for a good chunk of time, got another book signed by Margaret Weis, took some pictures of the big Golden Compass display, and failed to get any Spiderwick Chronicles stuff (there's a movie coming out, but I've read nothing so far). Then we (my sister and I) went to see Niel "Scary Trousers" Gaiman talk about stuff. Then it was off to one of the big auditoriums to watch a few panels.

We came in during the middle of a two part panel. The first part had Frank Miller talking and answering questions. Part two was Ridley Scott, Syd Mead, and a good chunk of the cast of Blade Runner talking about the new edition. One of the best parts was the one actor talking about one of the takes of the scene where he kisses Rutger Hauer, he's not sure why he did it, but he opened his mouth and gave Rutger Hauer the tongue.

Next there was a 30th anniversary Star Wars thing, except it was really an ad for Lucasarts and Lucasfilm. Except they were talking about how one of peoples favorite things to do is parody the series. They showed a video of several clips and then introduced someone to talk about the season premiere of Family Guy. So, out comes Seth MacFarlane, complete with drink in hand, and he talks about doing a whole episode devoted to Star Wars (the version from Celebration VI can be seen here, but we didn't get everything that they did, but we did get the scrolling text at the beginning, which was hilarious).

After that was the real reason we were in that room, Q&A with Kevin Smith. Funniest man alive. He did actually have something serious to say, about the show he directed called Reaper. We saw the pilot episode there, very good. Only show that has been on CW that has made me actually want to change to that channel. Other than that, he gave one of his infamously obscene Q&A's. Very funny. Yes, I did edit this, there are family members of mine that might read this.

Creepiness

I may have mentioned the creepy flash cartoon called Salad Fingers. Well, here is the demense of the tortured mind from whence it came.

On a completely unrelated note, Final Fantasy midis and a plce to send files to your phone. I reccomend doing it the free way with midis (polyphonic).

Car news

My car sucks.

Allow me to elaborate. Yesterday, with the help of a friend, I installed a Stillen high flow intake. (Actually, it's a K&N filter, just a larger one than would normally be used, with upgraded hardware made by Stillen.) So, about 20 horses have been added for $130, as well as slightly improved gas milage. And it makes this great (but not too loud) sort of high-pitched sucking sound when in the higher rpms.

Next comes better exhaust, because it's one of the things I had planned, and each of the mufflers has a big hole that they're not supposed to have.

New experiences

Okay so I just finished watching the movies that end the series Neon Genesis Evangelion and it was awesome, and I would totally reccomend it to people, but I have one question.

WHAT THE FUCK?!
